Emily Brewer, M.S., CCC-SLP, LSLS Cert. AVT, is a certified speech-language pathologist and Auditory-Verbal Therapist. She is the Program Director for the Master of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and regularly engages in teaching courses in the department. Mrs. Brewer specializes in working with individuals who have hearing loss across the life span. Over her career, Mrs. Brewer has served families who have a child with hearing loss and have chosen listening and spoken language as the intended communication outcome for their child. Additionally, she served on the Adult Cochlear Implant Team providing communication evaluations and auditory rehabilitation post implant.
