Mrs. Rhiannon Phillips has been a clinical instructor at ECU since November 2017. Prior to coming to ECU, she worked at Vidant Medical Center on the General and Neurosciences Rehabilitation units. Mrs. Phillips is a Certified Brain Injury Specialized clinician. She currently serves as SLP Clinical Coordinator.
